Living abroad isn't easy, especially when it comes to buying a new house.
When you are unfamiliar with the local real estate market and the local rules, questions like how to buy? Where to buy it? Or for how much? Raise a lot of concerns.
Usually, it is the case, but it can be different.
We were lucky, and we would like to share our luck with you. The angel's name is Renée Leutscher from Cocq Makelaars; I call her angel because she is an angel ;).
Renee helped us twice to buy and once to sell. Both times she was perfect; What we loved the most is that she let us feel like we are her only customers, always on time, always aware of all the details, and answering all the questions. With her, we bought great properties in a short time and exactly as we wanted. We were left speechless when we heard the price for the which we sold the apartment; it was way higher than expected. We do not doubt that Renee's professional attitude and the Studio Casco Interiors, which squeezed the property's highest potential in terms of design. So, yes, we are lucky. Thank you, Renee.
For you who is doubting, if you should take her as your real estate agent, remember you are not taking an agent but an angel ;)

We’ve worked with Cocq Makelaars several times and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Amsterdam. Sjoerd helped us find our first apartment in de pijp and sell it a few years later. We then encountered some challenges on the purchase of our next home and Renée helped us navigate a tricky situation.
